I'm looking to invest in a single family house in 89147. Any advice regards to the neighborhood.

In my opinion, 89147 areas is the most convenience for children go to school because within a walking distance and, of course, safety is the first priority concern for those newcomers. Nevertheless, the community seems very good with 97 percent of working class. Beside that, there are many municipal parks just for people's spare time, too.
