一天前上市。

房子的位置不错，附近有shopping mall购物方便。这一带租客很多都是Strip赌场工作人员，就是因为靠近15号公路去Strip开车10分钟就到。

这个房子要价仅仅 $107,900，合计每呎只要$47！！

刚开始看到这个价格我第一个反应是price tag error，或者是数据库管理出错。但仔细一瞧原来如此：
房子内部有破坏，需要handyman work。具体花费要多少将视情况而定，但是不论如何这个价格太震撼了。

普通这个面积的房子如果一般condition的话在这个地段的出租价是1200～1400/month。

这个房子2004你新建时售价25.2k,当时拉斯维加斯的房价还只是半山腰，最高时估计至少在32万以上（同情ing)。

Coronado Ranch 在以前的推荐中出现很多次，就不赘述了。这个房子有high ceiling，因此单位面积的价值比没有high ceiling的要高些。房子内部装修中上。

推荐每月租金1000～1200.
