$59 - JW Marriott: Dinner for 2 w/Bottle of Wine

First course, choice of the following:
• Strawberry and watercress salad with caramelized goat cheese and citrus vinaigrette
• Caesar salad with fresh white anchovies

Second course, choice of the following:
• Pan roasted salmon, panko-dusted on a bed of spinach and wild mushrooms and served with crab-stuffed, long-stem artichokes
• Grass-fed filet of beef with green peppercorn demi-glaze served with broccolini and red peppers
• Oven-roasted six-ounce free-range chicken with fresh corn, lima beans, red peppers and chicken jus
• Ceres linguine in a tomato concasse with sauteed shrimp, garlic, basil, olive oil and white wine

Third course, choice of the following:
• Chocolate flourless cake with raspberries and vanilla ice cream
• Strawberry tart with pistachio cream and strawberry syrup

A bottle of white or red wine, either Canyon Road pinot grigio or Oak Vineyards merlot
