Position Purpose:
The purpose of this position is multi-tasking and provides support to the executive team of a diversified company that is in the process of starting up a new project. " o- b) `+ t8 B. l: ^

Key Position Accountabilities:5 G6 c( J5 b) m- e$ t  P( O
Provide executive supports$ L* k- D) a- h/ @
Conduct research
Drafting business and marketing plans2 W* q% g5 ?2 E5 F, C1 V) L
Preparing statistical reports9 S- X) G5 w/ N% F# r
Handling information requests
Perform supporting functions, such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference and calls, and scheduling meetings, etc.
Writing and arranging company web site content in English and Chinese6 @6 v7 y' H% b
Writing publicity materials and releasing varies communications media
Accompany company executive to meetings

Requirements:9 r% q3 F# ]( t% M9 ]* V
Strong verbal and written skills in English and Chinese
Start immediately
Self-motivated
Business & Result Oriented1 n$ n- D, T+ l* c
Work at home 0 f' w/ p9 m/ E2 h% Z6 c- k4 q  i
Team player
M.B.A. or similar graduate degree a plus 8 U" `7 e+ a& {, x
2+ years business working experience a plus4 b# T7 c1 i3 }2 s9 ?/ k5 q
